Shipping Policy
KaysDeluxe LLC has zero tolerance for credit card fraud. Shipping and billing addresses must match with the address you have on file with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed if both fields are unequal. Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as soon as possible. Therefore, orders can not be changed once they are processed. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL with tracking numbers. Shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. An address cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
*Please make sure the shipping address listed on your order is accurate, we do not cover lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take it up with the postal service. KaysDeluxe LLC is not responsible for packages listed as untraceable.
